EventHumans.in is run by Funked Media and Entertainment Private Limited, 3rd Floor, Unit No. 3B, H. No. 1 Soniram Bora Path, Ulubari, Kamrup, Assam, India - 781007. Today the website lets you learn about EventHumans, apply to join as an Event Volunteer or Event Promoter, and register your company for early access. By using the website you agree to these terms.

What is and isn't live

The EventHumans hiring platform and app are Coming Soon. Search, profiles, availability, pricing, bookings, ratings, payments and support shown on this site are concept previews that use fictional examples. You can't book talent, make payments or leave reviews through this website.

Your account

• Logging in with your email or Google account creates a free EventHumans account. One account per person.
• Keep access to your phone and email secure: anyone who can read your one-time codes can log in as you. Tell us straight away if you think someone has.
• We may suspend an account that’s used to break these terms, and we’ll tell you why unless the law stops us.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page. That also withdraws any open application and erases your details and files.

Applying to join

• You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• The information you give must be accurate and your own. Don't apply on someone else's behalf or pretend to be someone else.
• Submit one application. If your details change, contact us instead of applying again.
• Applying doesn't guarantee approval, work, income or a public profile. We decide on applications at our discretion, and every decision is made by a person.
• Approved EventHumans aren't employees of EventHumans because of approval. Any work opportunity will come with its own terms.

Files you upload

Only upload files you have the right to share. You keep ownership of your photos and documents. You allow us to store and use them to review your application, as described in our privacy notice. We'll only use event photos publicly if you separately agree.

Company early access

Joining early access lets our team contact you. It isn't a booking, contract or commitment on either side, and there's no fee.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to access staff areas, other people's data or our systems without permission.
• Don't upload harmful files, or submit spam or automated form entries.
• Don't copy or reuse our content or branding without permission.
• Don't make complaints you know to be false, about us or about anyone else.

Your personal data

Our privacy notice explains what we collect, why, who can see it and how long we keep it, and our cookies page lists every cookie we use. You can download your data, change your choices or delete your account from your account page.

Liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian law.

Complaints

If something on this website or in how we’ve treated you isn’t right, contact our Grievance Officer, Sourav Deb, at Souravdeb1003@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as EventHumans grows. The latest version will always be on this page, with its date, and we’ll tell account holders about important changes before they apply. Questions? Email hello@eventhumans.in.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Guwahati, Assam having jurisdiction (to be confirmed by counsel).
