EventHumans is a network of reviewed event volunteers and promoters, based in Guwahati, Assam. People apply on this website, our team reviews every application by hand, and approved EventHumans are contacted when suitable paid event work comes up. Event organisers our team has approved can also find them through Find EventHumans.

We're based in Guwahati and building our first crews in Assam and the Northeast. You can apply from anywhere in India; we'll tell you if we can't offer opportunities where you live yet.

Applications are open for Event Volunteers and Event Promoters. You need to be at least 18. Other roles such as DJs, anchors, photographers and production crew will open later.

No. Many people join as first-time volunteers. Tell us about your skills, languages and availability, and choose "I haven't worked at an event yet" when we ask about experience.

About 10 minutes. It has five short steps: about you, role and experience, skills and availability, a photo and optional documents, and a final review. Your progress is saved on your device as you go.

Just a clear photo of your face to apply. A CV and event photos or certificates are optional. We only ask for identity evidence later, if you're shortlisted, and we'll explain exactly what we need and why.

Yes. Email us with your application reference (it starts with EH-AP) and tell us what needs correcting. We'll update your record.

Yes. Event Volunteers usually earn ₹700–₹1,000 for each event day, and Event Promoters ₹6,000–₹10,000 per event, depending on the event. Some events also include travel allowance, meals or a bonus. We'll always tell you the exact pay before you agree to anything. Applying doesn't guarantee work or income.

No. EventHumans never charges a fee to apply or to be considered for work. We only ask for documents through this website or secure links we send from our official email address. If anyone asks you for money in our name, don't pay, and tell us.

You'll get an application reference straight away. Our recruitment team reviews every application by hand. If we need more information we'll send a secure link. Shortlisted applicants are invited to a short interview, then we let you know our decision.

We're reviewing applications in the order they arrive and will contact you as soon as we've looked at yours. If you haven't heard from us in three weeks, contact us with your reference.

No. Applying doesn't guarantee approval, work, income or a public profile. Approved EventHumans join our internal talent network and are contacted when suitable opportunities come up.

Common reasons include not meeting the age policy, living outside the areas we currently cover, incomplete information, or an identity check or interview that didn't work out. You can ask us about a decision at any time.

Not unless you switch it on. Once you're approved, you can build a profile from your account and choose whether anyone with its link can see it. Profiles aren't listed on search engines. Being listed in Find EventHumans, where approved organisers search, is a separate choice. You can turn either off at any time, and your contact details are never shown.

Only authorised EventHumans staff. Files are encrypted and stored privately. Identity evidence is restricted to the staff who verify it and is never shown publicly.

Log in and open your account page. You can download a copy of your data, turn off updates, withdraw your application (which erases it) or delete your account there. To correct something, email us with your application reference.

Yes, through our team. Register your organisation on the For Companies page. Once we've checked and approved it, you can search reviewed EventHumans by city, role, skill and language and see their experience and reviews. To book someone, you talk to our team directly. Online booking and payments are coming next.

Part of it is live: approved organisers can find reviewed EventHumans, record who worked their events and review their work. Next come availability calendars, prices shown upfront, booking and payment, event-day tools, and EventHumans rating organisers too. The Platform Preview page shows concepts for these; they can't be used yet.

Not yet. The mobile app is coming soon. For now, apply on this website and we'll keep you updated.

Yes, apart from the Platform Preview. Public profiles belong to approved EventHumans, who choose what to show. Reviews come only from organisers our team has approved, for events the person confirmed they worked. The Platform Preview page still uses fictional examples, labelled as a concept preview.
